Johanna N. Flores is an NCARB certified Architectural Designer and holds a Master degree in Architecture from Florida Agriculture and Mechanical University.  

Johanna is Ecuadorian- American and has over 20 years of combined architectural design and drafting experience contributing to many diverse projects through all phases from Schematic Design through Construction Documents. In addition, she has healthcare management experience as she managed and operated Global Nursing Home Health, Inc., a family owned healthcare business for over 15 years. 

Dedicated to community and athletics, she serves as Treasurer for the Wilberforce University Gymnastics Booster Club. Johanna is a proud mother of three daughters, all lifelong gymnasts. Two of her daughters currently compete in collegiate gymnastics at Sacramento State University and Wilberforce University. 

Johanna's innate grounded nature focusing on people and community and her desire to design, create and help others, led to the formation of Apex Design and Drafting, LLC. As founder, Johanna offers various design services, with a primary focus in architectural drafting services and photo collage design.

In addition, Johanna balances professional life and family with passion, precision, and purpose.
